CENSTAR and AAQIUS & AAQIUS S.A. signed an MOU in Beijing on May 16, 2017.  Former French Prime Minister Jean-Pierre Raffarin, who now chairs the Senate Foreign Affairs Committee, states that he will be leading the French delegation to the Belt and Road Forum in Beijing and Gu xiulian, former vice Chairwoman of the Standing Committee of the 10th National People's Congress, and Chairwoman of the All-China Women's Federation witnessed this important moment together.

On January 16 of 2017, during President Xi Jinping’s state visit to Switzerland and witnessed by the leaders of the two countries, a MOU on Cooperation in the field of Energy signed between the Federal Department of the Environment, Transport, Energy and Communications and the National Energy Administration of the People’s Republic of China, particularly in the fields of renewable energy, storage, integration of Electricity. This opens a new chapter in the bilateral economic and trade cooperation, and with the hope that both sides would take this as the opportunity to further expand and deepen mutually beneficial and practical cooperation, so as to make new contributions to the development of China-Switzerland relations.
